Matthew Hoh was a Marine Captain serving in Iraq and work with the State Dept in Iraq & Afghanistan. He is the highest ranking State official to resign his post protesting the war in Afghanistan. He is an expert on the subject and will discuss how we can end our 10 year involvement in Afghanistan.
